Today the people from the job called me. I got the job.
...
I got the job!!
I'm really happy about this. I know I'm gonna be in Amsterdam for a while, so having a job already is not a bad thing. I will be working for the tourists who want to take a ride on the canal ships. The idea of talking to the plenty of tourists of Amsterdam really excites me.
Today I applied for a tourist job in Amsterdam - helping out at the canal cruises. Because we were with so many people we simply played games to show our non-verbal communication skills. This was a lot of fun and I think it went well! Fingers crossed that I get the job.
There's a teacher that everyone really likes. We all agree that there is something magical about this guy, he makes music theory a great class. Today he made us perform a simple version of Steve Reich's 'Clapping Music', this was thrilling to do!
I'm very pleased with the two new-comers in my room! I got the piano there, (it took some effort, the glorious bag is standing there too) and a green shelf bought in the IKEA.
Putting the green shelf there was hard too. As I drilled the nails into the wall it started crumbling! The concrete started crumbling so the nails fell out just like that. I became worried and started sweating like a pig. But then, at my second try, I succeeded.
